Brad TP Claims, Third Party Claims matter
Janani Kurukularatne and Vanessa Ash Were prompt working for me, they disclosed the at fault drive would be liable and it may take some time. Well it did, they got paid and I’m still waiting on my car to get fixed. I have been five. A rent a bomb nothing like equivalent to my 2015 model but a 90s barely legal car with bald tyres.
Upon asking Vanessa about TP claims reputation and about their behaviour. She seemed to downplay the whole thing assuring me that I won’t have to pay for any Eastlink Usage seeing as they have possession of my car. But I thought it was getting fixed? Why is it being driven? Why wasn’t I notified of the ETA, Why did I have to contact you to find out when the payment went through? Should I receive a remittance and correspondence of payment from the insurer? Apparently not until I demand it.
I’d you want a good reputation Vanessa, I wouldn’t be working for this muppet again.

I haven’t got my car back yet and the claim is from April and only a cosmetic issues. Easily fixed.
