Disorganised, no stratedgy, expect you to do most of the work yourself. No attention to fine detail. Run your case from the beginning as if you will be going to court rather than keeping you out of court. Will most likely win your case for you but only on the basis that the other side will make more mistakes than they do.
Tendency to focus on the strengths of the other sides case and the weaknesses in your case.
This is an Unnecessary tactic to apply when there should be a focus on a positive strategy from the beginning for their client.
This is not a child focused family friendly firm. A firm that works off the theory that everyone is at their worst during divorce disputes. This is not always the case, as many people are still able to set their own emotions aside and try to do what's best for their children.
You will win your case but your family will most likely be torn apart in the process.
This is a firm to choose only in the event you want your ex torn to shreds but keep in mind you are also unlikely to come out of it any better off yourself.
Written by somebody that did not lose their case but still understands there are no winners in family law.
My advice for future practise would be to stop judging their own client and start out by supporting them. If they forsee a clash of ethics with the client, then don't take the case.
If you do not care about the children, you have no business being in family law.
