House Sale and Purchase
Used McCubbin & Associates for the sale of our house and purchase of our new property in Diamond Creek earlier this year; unfortunately we experienced a lack of client support and a number or errors some quite serious; tried to get us to release purchase deposit early when all other solicitors advise against this as it only benefits the agent and vendor to get hold of your money early. Messed up settlement by a large amount @$80k which we had to sort out urgently and failed to deal with utilities correctly leaving us out of pocket $200. After all this they took their fee and never offered apology or remuneration.
