Arrogant and unprofessional in my opinion

Who responds when asked a question with
“I’m the lawyer and it’s my office and you are not coming in.”? This guy! I received a polite and reasoned response to the same question with a different lawyer. Respect and politeness are surely essential qualities in any business.
