Simply unprofessional
I am the purchaser of a newly constructed property and JurisBridge was the solicitor representing the vendor. The settlement of the property was late for 5 days due to a schoolboy error made by JurisBridge, who somehow "forgot" to ask their client(vendor) to sign the transfer. This is a simple task that they could have done 3 months before proceeding to the settlement. They claimed that it was due to the departure of an employee and it was left unattended. This error shows that the firm lacks communication, has no quality control and the cases are poorly managed, or they just simply don't care about their clients' case.
During the process, their response time to my solicitor was slow and they also had little idea of the status of the construction. They failed to inform us when the final inspection was open, and also only notified us at the last minute when we only had 10 working days to organise finance with the bank.
Such an unreliable and unprofessional law firm should never be used.
