I waited over a year and a half for GMP Parramatta to do something in my TPD case. They did nothing but send me emails and half hearted emails to the Insurer “following up”. I fired them and fought the legal battle on my own. 6 months later I won, without their assistance. Then they have the nerve to charge me $30k, which I didn’t pay. I could’ve paid them $5k but settled at $15k because I was so exhausted at that point. You hire lawyers (no win, no fee!!) to fight on your behalf and fire them, then fight your own legal battle. You win on your own, then they charge you. No win no fee. Shut your mouth Gerard, you are absolutely abhorrent and a liar.

I was told my case is strong, I was given the impression for a good result then they dropped the case just like that , no warning.they held onto for a long time and on top of this they didn’t allow me enough time to persue it with another firm. They didn’t give me a chance to explain anything, I had a legitimate case, I injured myself because of companies negligence now I’m stuck with a bad back forever I’m only 47
