Absolutely the worst solicitor I have ever encountered professionally as a broker. Cost a mutual client a loan that they can no longer reapply for. Shocking levels of unprofessionalism and misinformation between parties lying to cover their own incompetence. First time I've been so enraged on behalf of a client to place a review on a conveyancer.
