Unprofessional, negligent and misleading
We were unfortunately taken for a ride by the Franchisor of Espresso To Go, we engaged Shine Lawyers to take on our case. Shine’s representative (JC) and their appointed Barrister (JM) were unsuccessful in taking action, or righting any wrong and basically left us out to dry.
According to the Legal Services Commissioner’s advice when one engages with any legal professional and they do you a disservice, provide you with unprofessional and untailored advice, that to hold them negligent one needs to ensure you obtain everything they say in writing or recordings, as without reliable written evidence of all the verbal waffle lawyers spout, it is one party’s word against the other.
My advice is do not trust anything your lawyer or barrister tells you or advises you.
They are only there to make money, they are not there for you, they do not care, they do not listen or truly understand the harm they inflict on their clients with their misleading professional advice.
Shine Lawyers is willing to take action and hold other negligent professionals to account to right wrong against professionals such as lawyers who have a responsibility to provide expert advice and a duty of care to their clients, however they harbour in-house the same negligent professionals in their own organisations.
