MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET
I wish I could give 0 stars because my experience with Rajesh Chand and Maria Laganas was disgusting and completely unprofessional!
I reached out to the office of Rajesh Chand and Associates as I needed a contract reviewed. I explained to Maria the receptionist the situation of the property (the property was burnt down) so really I was buying it for the land. In my initial conversation I asked if they would be able to assist me and she was very reassuring. I asked Maria how long will it take for the contract to be read and reviewed and she said ONE DAY. So I emailed them the contract ON THE BASIS THAT IT WAS GOING TO BE REVIEWED IN A TIMELY MANNER. Days go by and I did not hear from them. I called several times and all I was getting was a bunch of BS "Raj will call you today" "Raj is a little busy he will call you tomorrow" etc etc etc. Unprofessional but fair enough. I called after ONE WEEK and told Maria if you guys cannot help me with my matter let me know and I will go to another solicitor, as many people know, a house on the market will not wait for you, first in best dressed. She said and I quote "Raj will call you in 30 mins". When he called me that Wednesday afternoon he asked me when I would like to come to the office to sign the contract I told him tomorrow and he scheduled me for a 4:30 appointment. THE FOLLOWING MORNING I RECEIVED an email from Maria (the receptionist) saying that they cannot assist me with my matter and to go elsewhere. NO EXPLANATION WAS GIVEN. IF YOU WERE NOT GOING TO HELP ME, WHY WASTE MY TIME?
Very unprofessional, and a complete waste of time with these guys.
