Arnel & Wilma aren't on Google, so I will post this on any online presence they have.
DO NOT work with Arnel & Wilma. They are overworked, very stressed, and will absolutely pass on this stress to you as their client.
They were our family accountant for years, but in the past 2 years, Wilma has becoming extremely rude, passive aggressive, and unhelpful. It is clear they want to retire, and have decided the best way to do so is to ensure existing clients never come back. It's working.
Wilma is the receptionist. Arnel is the accountant. Wilma is the one who reads and responds to all emails - she is not the topic expert. So you'll instead receive passive aggressive emails, that don't help you at all - often at times where simply giving the correct answer would've been easier!
They also don't pick up calls and barely respond to texts. Communication is not a priority for them.
If you value your money, time, and effort at all, DO NOT work with this firm. You will be better served anywhere else.
