Poor argumentative customer service, staff turnover poor represention, inadequate staffing
Deborah Callaghan has had numerous staff turn over, uses staff illness as excuses for not delivering or answering on time. She argues and belittles her clients when they are not 100% agreeable with her. Her staff cannot use auto correct in letters and send drafts of correspondence with grammatical and spelling errors.
Her staff take extended periods of time to forward files and use excuses of having the wrong phone number not to refund funds from her trust account.
Totally disappointed request for information then non delivery to the opponent. Totally dissapointed in the stall tactics to have funds refunded from their trust account.
