Emanueli Oliveri is the principal solicitor of his small incorporated legal practice, Oliveri Legal Pty Ltd. Based on my litigation experience against Mr Oliveri and his practice, it is readily apparent that Mr Oliveri is a solicitor who has no regard for his professional obligations and for the laws he is supposed to follow and uphold. Mr Oliveri knowingly fabricated false evidence, swore falsely in affidavits, made false allegations about his opponent, perjured himself, misled the court and perverted the course of justice, attempted to defraud his opponent and attempted to further mislead the court and pervert the course of justice.
